I have designed this challenge to help build consistency and accountability for our summer goals. Over the next 6 weeks we will be working hard, holding ourselves and community accountable as we support each other in the process of sculpting our summer bodies!
Challenge: Complete All Workouts and Track Progress (Weekly). Before/ After Include Weekly Progress pictures to submit for best transformation.
